Whether you choose a sunblock or a sunscreen, we need protection from the sun’s ultraviolet rays, which are always present and the cause of sun damage and skin cancer.
2. Moisturize daily. Even if you have oily skin.
As we get older, we dry out.
Moisturizing every day can reduce the chance of developing extreme dryness or oiliness. Both extremes are harmful for skin and cause common skin conditions like acne, itching, painful cracked hands and feet.
3. Choose the right products for YOU.
Not all skincare products are created equal.
When we go to the store and see the hundreds of products available, it is easy to get overwhelmed and grab the wrong products for our skin. We each need different things.
